The newly refurbished family room exceeded expectations with excellent value for money, beautifully appointed bathroom, and a selection of pillows on the beds. The hotel's location opposite the arena, close to Paddies markets and Chinatown, and a short 10-minute walk to Darling Harbour was perfect. The large bedroom had a very comfy bed, plenty of tea/coffee, and a fridge. Ample storage space, iron and board, and a safety deposit box in the room were convenient. The bathroom offered a bath with a shower over and plentiful free toiletries. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of fruit, cereals, cold meats, cheeses. The staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful, making the overall experience enjoyable.

Great location, right in the heart of the city and close to all the action. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay easier. Plus, the newly renovated family room was a pleasant surprise, with a beautifully appointed bathroom and comfortable beds.
It was frustrating having to park far away and deal with the extra hassle.

I loved the central location of this hotel, just a few minutes walk to great restaurants, bars and shops. My room wasvery comfy and tidy with lovely amenities.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is perfectly located in the heart of Chinatown and right by the tram line, making it easy to explore the city. The staff on the busy reception desk were very friendly and provided good service. The room was spacious and had great amenities including an in-room safe, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. We also appreciated the free shuttle service.
There were no negative aspects about this place - we would highly recommend it to friends! The hotel had everything we needed including a fitness studio and sauna.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect as it was in close proximity to everything we wanted to do in the city. We were able to explore darling harbour easily and there were tons of restaurants and shops all around us. The hotel was clean, newly renovated, and had great facilities. We especially enjoyed breakfast, included in the room rate, and the staff were so friendly and accommodating.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.
